FIT36
FIT36 is a Denver based franchise that offers a 36 minute high intensity workout. The program was designed by Brad Cooley, a former Navy medic, and Ned Matheson, a former firefighter. They worked together in a big box gym when they realized the need for smaller studios with focused training.
The program became the model for high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This video discusses the workout. It involves people moving between 12 stations with heart rate monitors.

Corporate History
This section presents corporate events that I encounter in my research. The first mention I found of FIT36 a 2015 press release saying that Wellbiz was franchising the system.
- 2015: Denver based WellBiz Brands launched the subsidiary Fit 36, Inc to franchise the fitness program.
- KSL Capital, also from Denver, acquired Wellbiz.
- 2019: WellBiz sold FIT36 to Because We Investments based in Georgia.
