This is the way I think merchandising should work. A local company, such as Colorado Drywall Supply, should master an area of the market, and provide supplies for that one area of the market.

Building supplies such as drywall require their own unique supply chains and handling operations. A locally owned shop can determine the needs of the local construction industry better than some accountant sitting in a cubical in Atlanta.

I wish the site had a little bit more information on installing drywall. The site does include links to drywall manufactures and the Gypsum mining industry.
