Richard B. Huttner, PC specializes in criminal law including DUI (Driving Under the Influence).
There is nothing too terribly cool about the site. It is just the fact that a web site from a Lawyer about DUI has me thinking of all sorts of puns about the difficulties many lawyers have passing the bar.
Anyway, I made this this site of the day for December 29th. New Years is just around the corner; so I thought it would be a good thing to remind people to designate a driver for the New Years Party (yeah, you need to decide these things in advance).
The site had some interesting information on DUI; For example, you can get arrested simply for sitting in your car while intoxicated. Driving is pretty much considered a privilege and not a right. The privilege assumes that you are willing to take whatever breath, urine or blood tests officers request. Refusal results in a suspension of your license.
